01 / PICK THE RIGHT PATH

Start with what your business actually needs.

The managed plan is the simplest route. Custom projects are available when the scope needs more pages, a rebuild, or a defined handoff.

02 / THE BUILD

Everything needed to look ready for business.

No mystery package. Your monthly plan covers the website essentials and the routine work that keeps them from becoming your problem.

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

A custom design

Your services, service area, brand, photos, and next step—organized into a site that feels specific to you.

READY FOR REAL CUSTOMERS

Mobile-first pages

Fast, clear pages with tap-to-call and contact actions that work naturally on the device most customers use.

THE BORING PART, COVERED

Hosting + maintenance

I keep the site online, handle routine upkeep, and make ordinary content changes by the next business day.

A SOLID FOUNDATION

Search-ready structure

Clean page structure, useful metadata, and local-business basics—without pretending anyone can guarantee rankings.

03 / DESIGN RANGE

Four trades. Four different visual directions.

These self-initiated concepts show the range I can bring to a local-service site. They are design demonstrations, not client case studies or claims of business results.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

A short path from “we need a site” to live.

1

Tell me the basics

Your services, area, contact details, preferences, and any photos or branding you already have.

2

I build the direction

I turn that material into a clear first version and send it to you for focused feedback.

3

We publish

After your approval, I connect the site and keep handling routine updates while your plan is active.

Simple enough to say in one breath.

The managed option is $100 per month with no setup fee. Larger custom builds are priced separately after the scope is clear.

Content tweaks cover ordinary text, photo, service, and contact-detail changes. New pages, redesigns, online stores, and custom features are quoted separately. Before work begins, I’ll confirm your scope and billing start date in writing.

05 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before you ask.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain should remain in your name and under your control. I can help point it to the finished website.

What do you need from me?

Your basic business details, service list, service area, preferred contact information, and any real photos or logo files you want included. If you have no branding yet, I can establish a clean visual direction for the site.

How long until my site is live?

Timing depends on the scope and how quickly I receive your business details and feedback. Before work begins, I’ll give you a realistic launch estimate instead of promising a rushed deadline.

When does monthly billing begin?

I’ll confirm the billing start date in writing before work begins, along with the exact scope, so you know what to expect before committing.

Can you guarantee Google rankings or new leads?

No honest web designer can guarantee either. I build a credible, technically sound site that gives customers a clear way to understand and contact your business.

What counts as a content tweak?

Updating existing text, swapping photos, changing hours or contact details, and adding or removing items within an existing section. New pages, major layout changes, stores, booking systems, and custom tools are separate projects.

What happens if I cancel?

Your managed hosting and update service end. Before starting, we can document the handoff options so there are no surprises.

Do you also run Meta ads?

For suitable local-service businesses, yes—as a separately scoped pilot. You keep ownership of the account and data, pay Meta directly for ad spend, approve the campaign, and receive no fabricated guarantees about leads, bookings, or revenue.

06 / SERVICE AREA

Built around local.

I work with service businesses across California's Central Valley — the service area isn't a fixed list of towns. These are the places I'm most often, each with a page on what its trades tend to need. Somewhere nearby and not listed? Ask anyway.

SECONDARY SERVICE / FIT-REVIEWED

Once the destination and follow-up are ready, a focused local ad pilot may fit.

I also scope and manage small Meta lead-campaign pilots for established local-service companies. This is separate from the website service and only moves forward when the offer, landing destination, lead follow-up, and budget are ready.

  • You keep ownership of your Meta account, data, and assets.
  • You pay Meta directly for the advertising spend.
  • Scope, management fee, approvals, and stop conditions are agreed in writing.
  • No guaranteed lead count, cost per lead, bookings, revenue, or return.

A good first message is short

What does your business need?

Send the basics. I read every message myself and will reply with the best-fit path, what I would need to start, and whether a short call is useful.
